Wait so an assassin that can do what talon or zed can do with just item 3147 needs to be nerfed? confused. Also yes, quinn is an ADC assassin.

For zed, his shadow is a bit tricky to handle, Talon needs like 2-3 items fully built

Not not really. Talon can proc item 3147 passive and his passive very easily. Put that with ignite and he can indeed get a kill easily with that item. Zeds shadow might be trick, but most of his damage is going to be from e auto attack.
