What are the best champions to 1v9 with?

Placements are out, I'm back in bronze. I wasn't in that much of a better scenario last season, but it wasn't this bad.

Right now, I want to climb as fast as I can. I don't have the time for more than 1 or 2 games a day and ending a day with less LP than what I began with feels bad. Specially when you do well, but still lose due to team comp, dumb throws, bad macro gaming, or downright inting or trolling.

So I want to know, which champion is the best in taking down the enemy team AND dragging your team to victory while doing so?

Obviously, this will be only in your opinions, but I'd really like to hear it, along with the reasons for it. Nevermind concerns over role or position, if it's a FOTM or an underdog, the one thing matters is the ability to carry a game even when your team is dragging you down.

So, what are your opinions?

If your goal is to improve, Vladimir.

He's so insanely weak early that you will die a lot. You will lose a lot. However, you'll learn how to not die.

As you start not dying, you'll learn to farm better on him. As you learn to farm better on him, you'll begin to punish positioning and over-aggro plays.

Once you get used to all of that with him in lane, you can easily near-solo-carry fights mid-late game, even if others fed.

Play him top lane; less jungle attention, less pressure early, and much higher chance of picking up steam. Split push, kill anyone that shows up. Time your engages/aggression around Crimson Rush.

After that, you can switch to other champions, confident that you aren't just a scrub carried by the champ since you learned how to lane as one of the weakest laners in the game. Proceed to carry in every match-up you're familiar with.

Other options are Jax if you get good at snowballing early or at 6, Irelia Sheen or earlier, Ekko, Kennen, or any other strong split pusher.

Well, it really just comes down to whatever champion you are best with, other than pure supports. In Bronze anything can work.

Seconded. Climbed from b3 to s5 and still going in ~5 days as Trynd.Tryndamere

item 3087 item 3046 item 3031 item 3111 item 3047 ... Sit in a side lane, have your team clear minions, spam ping objectives. Only effective way I've found to climb so far.

Unless you are way more skilled than the rest of the people you're playing with, no champion can carry you that hard. But, your best chance is probably going to be a strong jungler like Hecarim, Vi, or Rengar

Yasuo.

Power farm Jgers like Xin or Shyvana are good for that. Also if you want to have a good impact, pick Vi, her ult forces you to do shit every time its up.

Zyra Can play any role at any elo, and generally when played correctly is the strongest 1v9 champ in the game. Even if she dies she has the potential to take 3-4 people with her.

Just rush a item 3135 and no matter what else you put in your build, Zyra will generally run the game.
