Regarding Morgana Tormented Soil Update

Hey, guys.

I was wondering how you guys felt about Morgana's Tormented Soil being updated to where it inflicts Grievous Wounds to those who stand on it who are under 35% HP. At first, I thought it sounded like a great idea, because I personally think Morg needs a bit of oomph everywhere (abilty-wise and appearance-wise). Now that I think about it, I worry that it may end up being a little overpowered because of her Q and ult lockdowns.

Guys, this is essentially a Morellonomicon passive on a basic ability for a champion that has a 3 second binding for a basic ability at max rank.

Okay, I get Varus' E inflicts grievous wounds, but at least his only hard CC comes from his ult.

To sum it up, on one hand, excited for a buff. On the other hand, a little worried this may get abused.
