Base stat changes and Runes

With the global buff on PBE being killed and base stat changes going live, there is a big problem currently. All AD champions are getting base AD damage compensation and more early game power (esp all ADCS) while mages are simply getting small HP buffs and a nice HP growth amount. The problem is that ADC champions are currently hyper carries above AP champions late game. Meanwhile, AP champions are simply getting scaling toward late with HP (a time when they are weaker) and ADCs are getting stronger early game presence without losing that late game hyper ability. I think there will be a big issue with AD's being dominate early as well as late game as almost every AP had base AP with runes or scaling AP and are getting no damage compensation. The only way this is resolved is if runes are tilted toward AP's which I currently do not see happening right now. (Gathering storm for example gives more gold value to AD than it does for APs even with the recent change on PBE).

I believe riot should give a base AP amount to each champion, or raise base damage abilities as mages as a whole should be stronger early and into mid while adcs are scaling. Unless riot is significantly changing the ways AP and AD interact, such as removing the ability for crit to affect non-tanky targets, I think this is a big issue, considering that many AD carry types are already going into mid (lucian for example) and bullying out AP carries and then outscaling them as well.

Feel free to correct me if more changes for APs are on the way but as it stands currently, these are big buffs toward AD (as usual) without proper compensation for AP. Also, feel free to downvote me if you are an AD main and are biased.
