MORE SHIELD!

Not a bad item but it rarely seems to get much action. Mainly because is the go to item for every support almost regardless of the opponents team comp. I don't think is a bad item but I think it needs something more to make it ideal. Instead of changing the item though I was thinking there could be a set of items designed for shields and heals. A support route to go in which your shields and heals get stronger and stronger the more of these items you get. Below are just some random ideas that could probably use more tweeking but they seem like good starting points.

EXAMPLE:

Turcain Charm 40 Ability Power 20 Armor 10% Cooldown Unique Passive: Your shields and heals are 20% stronger.

Pendant of Amal 40 Ability Power 30 Magic Resistance 10% Cooldown Unique Passive: Your shields and heals grant a 20% movement speed boost for 2 seconds.
