Old Idea, Teacher Mode

Teacher/tutor/guide/veteran/Trainer mode.

This has been thrown around a few times as an idea (in many forms) that a game mode players at X rank can enter in which they enter games for new players and can guide and help them. I haven't seen this idea thrown out recently and would just like to bring up the idea once again because I feel it is a good idea. Here is my own take on what I think would be a good version of this:

• To be balanced both team should get one teacher
• Doesn't have to be just PvP could work as PvE for players really really new.
• New players need to opt into this option/opt out of option
• Teacher do not play a champion but rather are watchers from above with only the vision their team has
• Teachers have a unique set of pings and can make certain things appear on map like arrows and circles
• All chat disabled for teachers to prevent obvious trolling potential
• Different options at end screen for teachers (similar to honor system but designed for teachers)
• Recommended teachers (with high honor from end game screen) get higher priority in teacher que
• Getting reported can make you permanently lose teacher status
