Annie just casted 2 Tibbers....

still not as bad as having to dodge a lux ult every 10 seconds

So I just tested it. You can have Tibber's back up as soon as he runs out (duration is 45 seconds, you can get the cooldown down to 37 seconds), but you can't recast Tibber's while he's still up, because using R again just moves him.

Ultimate hat, lol. Yeah, normally you can cast Tibbers when Tibbers runs out. Cooldown prettymuch overlaps. Did not know she ends up with 2 when you get the hat going.

Considering that pressing R moves Tibbers around, I'm kinda skeptic to your claim of there being 2 Tibbers in the map.

Although being fair, all you said was "Casted 2 Tibbers" so you're only complaining about CDR?
