They buffed a few crits just ever so little. does not change anything at all. The champs still dont turn on for 40 min and still cant have a impact on the game. Like there are just 16 champs in the game not that are just not playable....

Saying ADC's are not playable is outright retarded. They've been meta for 8 years before the patch, and they're still picked relatively often in competitive play. Also, the patch falls on a period where games are very snowbally, therefore it's hard for an ADC to reach lategame status and strive. Literally all the odds are stacked against them and they're still playable, and you say they're not and that the significant buffs on PBE won't do anything. This is just.. tiring.

I am assuming those 16 are ADC and you are forgetting to add the number of champs that are now useless or now made troll picks(all but 5-7 of the junglers) by the jungle changes of 8.10 and 8.11.

I am not seeing the logic in riot's reasoning why they want to kill off that many champs with just 2 patches.

Much like the nerfs to ADCs in the first place, these buffs are lazy and half assed and provide nothing to the champions. They're just conciliatory buffs so they can say they tried while leaving many of the champions in the dumpster. They didn't do what ADC mains asked and at least made the champions viable in other lanes. Just slapped some joke ratio buffs on the pbe and called it a day.

Lets wait and see how it plays out. I dont want riot to overbuff marksmen again, slow buffs to the point where we'll reach middle ground is way better than batshit drastic changes.
