You don't need to be an author to know how to like/dislike a book, so neither do you need to be a great player to know how to like/dislike the state of the game.

Granted, being high-elo does help in terms of credibility, at least in the sense that people wouldn't factor the possibility of the poster being bad at the game so much.

Exactly. Gameplay and balance is a joke, all you see here are EXTREMELY low elo kids that don't even know how to play the game. I would rather talk about balance on GD

So low ELO players aren't allowed to have ideas? You don't have to be master tier to understand game design.
