Riot needs to add in Higher Reqs to playing in Ranked.

There are people who play in ranked that, Do not understand a 2 and a piece Item advantange combined with 3 levels higher means. They do not even consider you being stronger, Nor do they consider they lost the last 2 fights...... They have not bought, they have not farmed, but you have.... They believe you to be of equal strength your 5/1/1 40 cs lead with first blood and tower.... to their 0/4/0 1 item ......................

Sadly the last time I saw this, They were a They charged straight at me as my jaw dropped comp stumped in mere mere amazment he would attack. My mini map had vision for days I knew he was a alone, he swung his wooden sword again and again, my mouth still open He's really serious went threw my head as I withdrew my finger from the S key....... > An Enemy Has be Slain

"Next time I'll get you, got him down to 50% hp team"

I wondered what his team was thinking seeing them all huddled under the t2 mid turret on my mini map, as I withdrew my hand from my mouse... "opening bot afking till we win gg guys" I typed in all chat as I left my pc to grab a bite to eat.

As I returned I saw the Victory on my screen and shook my head, thinking They say Ello Hell Doesn't Exist. Yet I opened botlane and inside of 10mins of being gone standing in lane with no one at the controls for an easy shut down..... they lost 5v4. Oh it exist alright.... and the Annie that gave me 2 kills before 3 mins, and yi that gave me another 3 before 10mins.... could of been on my team..... I'll never escape this Hell

Being that I actually have witness similar events a lot in my ello. I assure you there really is an ello hell. Players like this Yi are based off a cough Yi on my team, and Annie as well cough I played with. I am in Bronze 5, so I know I'm a bad player. I do not assume to be anything else, and agree their is much for me to learn and improve upon. However I do know bronze 5 and 4 ranks better than any of you high ello guys. Ello hell is real and its here you'll find it.

Why?

Because the worse of the worse is here and bronze 5 and 4 are the most commenlly matched against one another. Which means... You can't carry everygame even if your diamond or above. Infact I beg to argue without a certian set of carry champions with a strat idk behind you'll never get out. I win top lane most of the time being on the + side of kills getting first blood turret and soloing rift herald usually. If not my team does. Still I tend to lose games. I generally only focus objectives and was climbing slowly almost out of these god forsaken rankes of 4 and 5 to 3 till the runes came.

Runes did not alter my success in lane any besides mundo not as good anymore. However what I generally find lanes lose faster than they used to, snowball twice as hard so that small but steady climb now dropped. I do not know what todo. I've taken 8 turrets by myself in a game and still lost. Ill always remember that one, because how I lost doesn't come to me. I don't wanna blame my team, though in that 1 case im justifyed as I took every objective we had while they ..... died right and left. Any back on subject...

I want to have Riot add higher requierments to Queing for ranked games. As I said the Yi and Annie do exist out there.

New Updated Proposal Reqs. Level 50 And average cs of 60 cs in bot mid and top roles. Less than 8 death per game average in norms. 500 -2000 Normal Games played A small Quiz of 10-20 questions where the player can only pass if they get atleast 75% correct Questions will be on general basic entry game knowledge.

When Preseason ends guys, that Yi and Annie could be in your promo's, Keep that in mind. Point is These types of Players do not belong in ranked ever. So make them play more norms/bots and level upto 50 with a 10-20 question test. if 20 you gotta get 15 right. the 60 cs, shouldn't be that hard even for me a Bronze 5 to get. Since I'm in bronze 5 I should be the minium bar level that if I can pass it shouldn't be an issue. Like I said, I'm not good, and some of you prob would push that bar to silver or higher to play. But I wanna be reasonable about it. I truely do believe in ello hell because I live in it. I want out but smh I can't.

Shouldnt be to hard, put simple stuff on it. Like when does red and blue buff spawn, or How many minions = lv 2, What draws minion aggro.

Anyway if you like the idea to increase ranks req, upvote, If you think i'm right but think different type of req or mine to harsh ect... comment. Even though I feel stuck in ello hell I'm always trying to improve, so if you have any advice on top lane champs that are good in team fights I should focus on just let me know, however Idk if they buff Malphite to 20k hp mr and armor. I will not play him much, he's just to boring a walking R button. I own all but 8 champs so not playing him shouldnt completely screw me on options. Been considering a Pantheon AfterShock build for diving middle of teams. The bonus to armor and MR + damage would be nice. and itll proc on his stun. though its a more lategame keystone. You wont have to much kill pressure earlyer with it. On the other hand pantheon scales better now.
