What Riven players are you playing against?

She's ridiculously difficult to play.

Unlike with other straightforward top laners, you can barely do any trades in lane with her without getting SHREDDED by minion aggro. You've actually got to learn how to not be killed by MINIONS (seriously, minions) when playing her. And this is before we get to the nitty gritty of what button cancels what animation and how to do it right.

Also, you rarely fit into the team comp and in most games you end up split pushing. And if you're going to be doing that, you would have been better off picking or , all of them much more reliable and with better scalings.
