Nerf her cooldowns and increase her mana costs, boom you have a somewhat balanced champ now.

Her Q's mana cost is rediculously low for how good it actually is.

It should be 60/55/50/45/40 and the CD increased to 11.5/10.5/9/8.5/7.5 In addition her Q should NOT turn Trinity Force Proc's into true damage.

Hookshot/Walldive should be 70 mana at all ranks, the CD I believe is fine.

I think the main problem will Camille is how much stuff she has in her kit. The shields and attack speed steroids are crazy as well as the stun on her super long range gap closer.

I think if they removed the stun on the hook shot thing, she will still be a pretty good champion and somewhat fairer. Especially since she has the ultimate if she needs to make sure people cannot run away.
