Azir, if played correctly destroys teamfights.

Assassins can delete the enemy ADC, which is pretty impactful.

Zyra/Galio/Lissandra

Syndra, she has a low cooldown nuke, slow, aoe cc, and a dfg ult ignite = dead adc. She has a bit more sustained burst than ori, but if you can land a good 3-5 man ori ult, pretty much no other mid could be more impactful in that same way. It all depends on playstyle. Kat also if fed completely destroys everyone

Galio, Annie, Syndra, Zyra, Malzahar

Galio because his ultimate nearly instantly wons team fights with a good team. Annie because she has a low-cool down AoE stun. Syndra because she has a long AoE stun and a good assassination. Zyra because she has both a root and a HUGE AoE knock-up. Malzahar because 3 second silence, AoE max health per second, and an extremely good assassination ultimate.
