Does way too much damage.Especially early game. Couple it with Ignite and its basically an insta win cheese toplane,..Has way too much influence compared to others like Comet. Now imagine if comet bursted you down to nothing just like electrocute does.

Comet has less than half the cooldown and for more than half the base (all the way up to the last 4-5 levels) and ratios. AND its CD is shortened whenever you land a spell.
Is Electrocute strong in a duel? Yeah of course. Is it OP? Arguably. But comparing it to Comet is one of the worst things you can do as Comet's raw damage almost always outdoes Electrocute's.
We're just in a meta that doesn't give a shit about poke champions. It's all about early skirmishes. That's why Comet isn't as used.
Problem is when you start stacking all the things together
Electro, Ignite, minor keystones, and champions that can do some damage
ignite and electro is already about 40% of someone's hp at lvl 6 alone
tbh i miss thunderlords. If Riot could just replace thunderlords with electrocute I think everyone would be happy.
How has it not sunk in that it's literally thunderlords x 5. The sheep will mention it's cooldown BUT WHO THE FUCK CARES, IT DOES 5 TIMES THE DAMAGE OF THUNDERLORDS YOU'RE DEAD AFTER ONE PROC.
