These picks were so tilting. Jenson Sucks on Utility/support champs mid outside of zilean. THIS WAS MADE EVIDENT IN GROUPS. When he got off the utility support champs C9 suddenly became one of the best teams. But nope...Lets pic liss 3 games in a row .

Instead of Just banning the Viktor..Cause at this point I'd rather face Urgot or Aaxtrox they pick the supposed counter ..Which I don't think Licorice even really plays..And of course is in fact not a counter as we witnessed.

Bad comp by Cloud9 all 3 games. It's not just Ekko and Lissandra, forcing the melee support everytime also is a mistake when it does nothing for the rest of their team. Ekko might be a safe pick against Viktor, but usually you can't win that match up. I mean, there are so many better choices against Viktor that would help team fighting like Ornn, Gnar, Kennen, etc. If they take a ranged support to match the Rakan such as Nami, Janna, or Zyra, that basically opens up the entire champion roster for both your Mid and Marksman.

I didn't watch any of those games yet, so I'm not sure how pick order influenced things, but it just looks like Cloud9 tried to force their own strategy without adapting to what Fanatic was doing.

c9 was so bad they picked Tristana game 1 with a wonky like early game sort of comp and then picked Viktor adc just to try to "throw a wrench" in their plan. Sneaky walks into 4 feathers and buys d shield as a bully lane because he is done and ready to just lose.

C9 just didn't show up to play and 100% deserves to lose.

I was concerned the moment they locked in Lissandra in game 1 instead of Lucian before the second ban phase started. The reason you pick Braum is to stack Passives with Lucian. That had been their formula for success last week. FNC already locked into their top and mid laner so they could have had more time deciding what to pick in order to counter by the second ban phase.

In the 2nd game you NEVER let the enemy team have both Xayah AND Rakan. The duo is way too good in terms of synergy and the benefits they grant eachother are so convenient. Granting extra damage to Rakan with Xayah's W, which also affects turrets btw and sync'd recalls are key into maintaining lane advantage.

This is exactly what happened during the NALCS finals against TL. They picked losing comps over and over again. The twitch wasn’t working for them but yet they picked him all 3 games. This was the same thing. Liss and Ekko didn’t look good at all, but they kept picking them. Their draft was awful. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a close semis at all. It was a complete stomp by FNC. So disappointing.

Liss and ekko were picked because they fit in the team composition , c9 loss was not the champion fault but the result of the whole play

Do you really think pros are so dumb to pick Lissandra 3 times in a row if she was non-meta ?

Even more , have you seen lissandra's pick rate in this worlds ? Out of like 200 champs do you think she would be picked constantly if she was bad ? Same goes for ekko

Please build you critics right next time , instead of judging champions , try with those who play them and how they used them
