I find this champ to be flat out stupid as jungler. He is like a shaco on drugs waiting to catch someone off and snowball. Seriously every single ranked i ban him because he is just straight up retarded. How do you deal with a freaking rengar man, so broken with that ult....

Take advantage of that. Be confident when you know it's gone. And ward the bushes, keep a pink handy, just like all stealth champs.
Binxy Prime1 voteshe leaves most teams without a second tank, if you group as 5 and plop down a pink ward while you are sieging you can often cc him and blow him up before he does too much damage. He is really strong but hes not as bad as he could be in this meta since there is so much hard engage.

Y can counter his ult having vision on him, staying in group and buying a pink, then His R is just a closegap out of bush. Don't call a champ broken, just because you don't know how to counter him. Now rengar has tons of counterplay, just the fact that he is more visible in ult then when he is in a bush...... just the fact that he need to collect 5 stacks to do something with his ult and not just press R to oneshot someone. Rengar's R can be use only to engage, just for this, you can ask for a nerf
