Have you actually played Riven? You sure don't seem like you have. I'd argue that you haven't played many champions at all, seeing as how you think there's a champion who can faceroll enemy teams with no chance of being stopped. Rek'Sai is almost universally seen as being overtuned and she can't even do that.

And on top of all this you're posting from a level 7 account. My guess is you're just a troll, since if you actually believed what you're saying you wouldn't need to hide behind yet another name.

Na, just pick someone who can build bruiser, grab some sustain if you don't have it built in, and steamroll your lane. Garen doesn't beat Riven because of the silence (although it really helps), just absorb her early trades while growing your lead and you'll be fine.

Garen vs Riven, I find that Garen shouldn't chase after Riven. She can escape his Silence and Spin.

He should instead try to counter engage, save his abilities until she decides to go in.

The only thing I don't like about Riven is her ult. It should be a flat damage amount. I don't like that it can hit all enemies in a large cone and deal more damage based on how much health you're missing. But that's just me.
