Creep block is a problem

How is it fine that I miss so much cs because of something that is out of my control? This is literally tripping from smash brawl bullshit rng. Before season 6 creep block wasn't a big problem, but riot got an idea that it would be good to make bs. Riot should severely tone creep block down creep block because this is actually annoying me.
