Why can she 0-100 someone in a decent amount of time while building full tank??? Her base damage is absolutely ridiculous. If you're building full tank you should not hit like your items are

And I have never seen her 100-0 an opponent quickly. She does not have burst, her kit is based on DPS. She's capable of great DPS, sure, but not so much that she'd shred someone any faster than they would hurt her.
For your information, that Shyvana had BotRK, while you were actually pure tank. Shyvana duels with tanks very well. Like, holy shit, she beats the living hell out of tanks in duels.

That was the last item she built, or at least one of the last. She built all of her tank items the first 30 minutes, she didn't get 9+ kills from BotRK. I may have exaggerated 0-100 but she still should not be melting everybody when she had 0 melee items for the better half of the game.

Damage. She's built to deal damage, and that's what she does. And she does it well.
She should be melting people without building damage, because, if they haven't built the defense to survive combat with her, she's going to be tanky enough to equalize the DPS, and it comes down to who has the better defenses in a duel.
Of course, kiting her kind of keeps her from melting anyone. Yes, I know, Sej can't kite, but the other players she was melting had that option. Lissa, Janna, Luc and Ziggs all can keep her at bay, so if she was melting them, they were kiting horribly.

I don't really think Ziggs has the defense or the utility to keep a shyvana at bay, especially if she dives him. That aside, the other 3 could probably get away with it.

I've tried to dive one or two extremely smart Ziggs players before...

Because I know what Ziggs is capable of and I know unless he is fed or has VERY good positioning and his satchel isn't on CD he's not going to stop a shyvana from mowing him down. Downvotes/Upvotes on GD never really amounted to much as a side note.

Linna Excel1 votesIf Shyv is building full tank, she's got no clinginess to stick to a target. If you are getting low in that case, run away. She needs CC or something to stay on target in league of escapes. If you die to tank shyv, it's because you screwed something up in all likelyhood.

Champions who build tank need something besides being a tank to be worthy of being targeted. I mean, how scary is full tank mordekaiser? With just tank items (no pen, no AP) he would be completely useless and could be completely ignored in team fights. What makes a champion worth being targeted, either a lot of CC or a lot of damage. Most tanky champions have decent base damage and good CC, shyvana trades that in for fantastic base damages for really solid amounts of DPS with minimal items because she only has 1 CC ability in the game and it's an unreliable one at that.
If shyvana didn't deal any damage you could basically ignore her in teamfights.
Shyvana is actually a really overall champion good design.
