"Runes Reforged" and Riot's attempt to make Season 8 casual friendly.

IT HAS BEEN CRYSTAL CLEAR SINCE PRE-SEASON 8

Before Season 8 started, Riot released an actual trailer for noobs. Riot literally campaigned for their "Go Noobs" to promote their new, "Runes Reforged" system.

People can sit here and try to defend Riot and deny the truth. However, the facts are right here, folks. Riot had a clear view for Season 8. They wanted to cater toward new players. High-damage means "flashy" plays and better opportunities for low skilled players to equally play against higher skilled players. Whoever shoots first, wins.

I'm actually surprised that Scarra spoke the truth. He has been kissing Riot's as* for the longest time. Which is why I stopped following him. He finally said what I've been talking about since pre-season 8 started.

LEAGUE HAS BEEN DUMBED DOWN. Not only has the skill-gap diminished, the game keeps changing for no reason. And the most frustrating thing about this is that the inept balance team does nothing to actually fix the issues.

I could add more damage on the list, but as you can see, I don't want to disrespect the community. I don't want to overburden them with too much damage on the list because too much damage is fucking annoying, Riot.

"Runes Reforged" has been a total failure, which is why a lot of people are leaving League. Season 8 is pure garbage, period.
