You only get 30 minute queue punishments for dodging 2+ times in a ranked game, not 60.

It's not even that bad, you just dodged and are waiting an hour for a game that would be like 30 minutes with a champion that is able to support.

I didnt actually dodge, still lost the game tho. Garen and Vayne fed Cho Gath jungler, thus I couldnt do anything.
