@Riot is there supposed to be a massive delay after ekko dashes to someone with phase dive?
Where ekko can not auto attack this is pretty annoying to be honest.

MisterHealYoGirl1 votesWell, the dive is a modified autoattack; it doesn't increase his attack speed or reset his autoattack timer. The delay could be just the normal effect of his fairly low attack speed. Are we talking like a .5 second delay here (which would be this), or like several seconds?

actually it does reset his attack timer but after you dash to someone theres a like a delay similar like 0.75 seconds where you can't auto attack unless you move and cancel the animation its noticeably longer than his normal auto attacks.
MisterHealYoGirl1 votesI stand corrected. The reset isn't relevant here, though, since it occurs BEFORE the dive. This just sounds like the normal autoattack delay.
