Zhonya's Hourglass needs to freeze CDs. Way too strong in it's current form. Being one of the highest AP items that also gives a large amount of armor, it needs toning down.

Live2LetDie2 votesThe fact that you are immobile while using the active means you can be busted if not cc right when you get out, esp if a team times it correctly. The item is not op in any such way.

If you build it for so then that 50 armor is neligiable becuase the rest of the person build is probably straight ap. if you built it for the armor then your probably going tanky ap which isn't scarry becuase they really just wanted the active. Like I said, the stats are not op becuase they don't go together build wise. Esp since most are built on straight ap champs.
