@ Meddler or any other rioter can we please talk about wit's end

With the talk about making a AP bruiser item like what black cleaver does while also having an mage MR item is there any possibility to make wit's end a little more cost effective for champs that don't do mostly magic damage, and have no real use for the MR stealing passive just the MR.

I remember well it use to be great for giving some mixed damage, MR and attack speed for a reasonable price be it 2000 to 2200 but ever since it got the short end of the stick as far as Malady's passives went it has basically faded from being bought outside of a handful of champs but the only one that seems to always have it as core is Warwick.

So is there anything being planned on this item that can be talked about?
