How's this for a turret buff?

If a champion dies under their turret, the turret enrages. Enraged turrets have their attack speed increased to 2.00 (nexus tower on TT will not have this part) and will prioritize enemy champions. This effect lasts until there have been no enemy champions in range for 5 seconds.

A turrets are supposed to be able to protect you early, but tower dives are incredibly easy to pull off with pretty much no risk. Towers would still be a joke overall, but at least you could feel a bit safer in a bad matchup
