Poppy's Shield

The downtime is really way too small, with the shield lasting a whole 5 seconds (that's longer than a Morgana snare, a TF stun longer, to be precise). There's really not enough time to punish her after she uses it - you can only really deny from using it, and you can't do that either if the shield lands closer to her, if she last hits with it, if it lands near a wall as she'll get a free wall pin, or if you can't afford to fight her.
