What if Juggernaut had offensive properties

Majority of the tanky Junglers have high magic damage even without any AP . Why can't we have a jungle item that would increase your hp and your main damage source.

What if Juggernaut had 500 hp + 15 magic pen instead of 35% tenacity . You can still build tanky but now you secure kills much better .

Look at all the potential costumers .

Amumu (q+w+e+R) Nautilus (W+E+R) Sejuani (q+w+e+R) Zac (q+w+e+R) Rammus ( W+R does more damage then auto) Elise Malphite Shen

Not including Volibear and Hecarim cuz they probably benefit more from armor pen .

The thing about tanky items is that they do not help you secure kills which is what ultimately will always makes tanky junglers the underdogs . It doesn't mater how tanky you are if the other jungler is winning lanes by having high burst and later on outscales your utility with flat damage alone .

Fighting Fire with Fire is how I see it

Thing with that is, Juggernaut is really meant for champions who arn't reliant on damage to clear camp. Namely Tanks. And as a Jungler, you really only need enough damage to clear you camps in the first place (unless your an assassin or mage)

Nunu for example, while benefits from AP, doesn't get much additional clear speed from it. While Just about everyone benefits from more defensive items. In Contrast Jarven, who is basically an off tank, needs the early damage to clear camp.
