Can we talk about the Precision tree?

First of all my opinion: precision tree has too limited choice.

Keystones - which i have no problem with - are fine, but the dilema comes later, in masteries.

1 st row - Overheal 26,2% popularity - Triumph 71,9% popularity - Presence of mind 1,6% popularity

  • Now, i know that some champions are using those runes, but I still think that Overheal and Presence of mind are not as viable as Triumph. Basically, most of the champions, when going for this tree will take Triumph, because Overheal and Presence of mind are not as good.

2nd row - Legend:Alacrity 70,3% popularity - Legend:Tenacity 4,2% popularity - Legend:Bloodline 25,3% popularity

  • Here I see a lot of unused potential and I would love Riot to do something more with Tenacity.

3rd row - Coup de grace 94,3% popularity - Cut down 2,2% popularity - Last stand 3,3% popularity

  • Not hard to see that Cut down and Last stand don't stand a chance here (pun intended). They are quite useless. Cut down needs a buff and Last stand is just a bad idea and should be replaced.

In precision tree almost all rune sets look like this:

Keystone - Triumph - Legend:Alacrity - Coup de grace

I would say, that no other tree has such a limited choice, so I would love Riot to look into this and introduce a solution.

I'm pretty sure this is already known to everyone. They obviously either don't know what to do with the runes yet, or just don't care.

Don`t take away my tenacity ;-; have it also give adaptive hp (either 2% or 60, whichever is higher) or something when fully stacked lol.

Now we have a perfectly good defensive option in a non resolve tree to compensate for the offensive options in the resolve tree lol.

And the flat hp wont be abused in early game since it needs to be stacked first.

Well, unless you are playing ARAM I don't see much use for the lifesteal rune. The tenacity rune is niche at best. Overheal requires you to have some form of healing in your kit for it to be truly useful since your support more than likely won't help you charge it. Then you have the last row which is just "which of these is the least terrible one?"
