Fucking nerf Vlad
It is a sustain champion, he doesn't need to deal 700dmg from r and 1k from q. Btw wtf is that balance. Why q, which is point and click deals more damage, than his r. Kinda can't understand balance choices here.

A champion for monkeys and now in meta. Great. Riot, there are some champions with advanced mechanics, maybe give them a go.
Understand how his kit works first. His passive charges his resource bar, which is indicated by a yellow bar below his HP. This bar fills while he fights, and from what I understand, empowers his Q and gives him a burst of speed for the next three seconds. Play around that alone, and you should see less issues against him.
His ultimate, while active on a target, increases all sources of damage on them by 10%, so do realize that you can’t just all-in him without a plan. His W shoots projectiles that can be blocked by minions, and his E has a very long CD.

nah riot wants ultra hyper late game carries to be lane bullies with infinite ability usage, because riot is a great gaming company that thinks a game should be frustrating, antifun and unbalanced (every patch=9 champions buffed, 4 champions nerfed) Intel says riot plans to kill their own game so they can retire with all the money they have earned from permabanning, cosmetics and live streaming championships but people are way to addicted to the game and the big faces who streams it and that is what simply keeps the game going and riot keeps on going making money out of it. Look at yasuo, he had the highest banrate since release and they have done what I believe 5 minor nerfs in total wich didnt really change anything, the biggest nerf was removal of IE wich they reverted later because that almost saved league, zed has the 2nd highest banrate for a very long time and the dev team choose to buff him even further (W range and more Q dmg) wich showcase that riot dont care at all. Riot refuse to do what the community wants because of these facts and will continue to do so even when the game is dying more and more but just keep on playing eventually they will have done something about vlad but then there will be someone else to take his place. Sad that they dont sell the game off to another company that wants to make the game good but guess they care about their legacy.
Compared to champs like akali my sustain is quite low early on and I have low mobility and damage compared to champs like fizz.
