Reds : Can we get some context behind the Sona changes?
I think we're all pretty confused at this point.

You get context if and when the changes hit live in the patch notes. Those things no one reads and just watches Blackinola's vids instead. It doesn't mean the justification will be satisfactory but its usually there.
Context: Fuck supports, fuck healing, fuck Sona.
Riot doesn't want to refund everybody's Arcade Sona RP which they'd have to do if they just straight out deleted her, so dumpstering her is the next best thing. ~Uiru
They're enforcing the meta. They say one thing and do the other.
Shit in one hand and hope in the other and see which fills up quicker.

A Red said something in another thread. It's basically: We (Riot) want Sona to make decisions and have them be impactful, but we're not entirely sure how to do that without making her overbearing, so we're nerfing her to be safe because some bad patterns were starting to show up in the data.
Like every single bronze posts that she is OP because she is unable to be contested.
How many seasons uncontested?
How many seasons uncontested . . .?
Actual context is that melee champions without a way to close a gap cannot really catch her even if she is out of position. I paraphrased this from a red post on a similar thread.
