My Idea for a Grievous Wounds rework?

Grievous Wounds: Renamed to Deep Wound. Rather than reducing healing by 50%, reduces an enemy champion's maximum health by 20% for a short time. No effect if their health is below this point, but they cannot be healed above this point until the effect wears off.

It doesn't reduce healing, but it stops it from going past a certain point. Useful for keeping Mundo, Aatrox, Vladimir, and ADcarries in check.

It also is useful to assist burst against a full health target, but assassins seldom have access to Grievous Wounds in the first place.

G&B is moving fast today.

I blame Repertoir. In a good way of course...:p

I don't like ti personally, because against people based on healing, it is actually useless, which is why grievous wounds is a thing. Ya, you can reduce a vladimir's health by 50% but he won't care he will just heal away, same with mundo, same with aatrox. Champions who are based around healing could care less if you are reducing their max health, all they care about is healing, and 20% max health reduction is HUGE. That is 3000 max health to 2400.

Grievous wounds will probably be removed in season 6 calling it right now.

Not sure if it's season 6, but it kind of seems to be going towards that trend. There are definitely some champions that will need changes if that occurs (Swain, Trundle, Volibear, Trundle?, Warwick in general)
