All of her spells and passive (minus her ult) were buffed on the PBE.

Her w was rebalanced, so now it does not apply grievous wounds, and a lot of people say that it's a major nerf.

From a Miss Fortune main, and from what other Miss Fortune mains have also said, It's not a nerf.

Her Grevious Wounds wasn't what made her strong and it didn't really give her an "edge". Her edge was the fact her auto attack resets also can hit really hard, making it like 3 auto attacks in one essentially. They're giving her a lot more use out of her passive and it can now work more like an escape and chasing tool. I believe they're also buffing her passive so it's stronger as the game goes. They also buffed her early game power significantly because her Q, if killing a unit, will deal even more damage than usual, and while the duration of her E was lowered so was the damage increased technically and it was also given a stronge slow early game.

I don't have a PBE account, so I don't have much authority on if it's an overall buff or nerf. Miss Fortune is actually my favorite ADC. (And a fun APC :3 )

I've honestly been really down about these changes, it looks terrible imho, but I am TRYING to keep an optimistic stance about them and hope they turn out to be for the best!
