Why do Duskblade and Ghostblade have the same build path?

for both of them.
Why? I get that duskblade was buffed, but does no one else find it odd that they share the exact same path?

ProtestantCaesar1 votesI think it's cool. Ghostblade was good and Duskblade was bad. Riot wanted to make Duskblade better, so they made it like Ghostblade, but with one difference that made them each have a reason for choosing one over the other.
And since Riot made 
give 20% CDR, I don't think I've seen an assassin build
