Executioner's Calling is so fucking bad

Holy fucking shit. Most of the times when i try to do the right answer i got stomped. Feels like counter with items means absolutely nothing

These items are primary counter to Mundo but EC is too fucking weak to do anything. You are far better buying damage over EC and you will get way better effects. Maybe buy it late game but early game this does absolutely nothing. I tried it shit tons of times. The healing reduction < damage items early game

I propose to make healing Reduction scale with champions level and give it more damage early game

900 gold = + 25 AD Unique -- Grievous Wounds: 22% to 40% healing reduction based on champions level

Actually most broken item against healers is item 3165 cause of item being overloaded and every mage gets it just for the mana and huge ap and cooldown reduction it gives.

when I play mundo the item destroys me since it lowers the power from his passive,ult and the health return from his Q hitting. not to mention it can remove tons of health gain from champions like Soraka Fiddlesticks Nasus Nunu ect. though it could use a buff to the AD(5-15) or a better item to build into. item 3033 is for armor pen which isn't the most useful thing for some tank that goes top lane.
