I can barely see Star Guardian Poppy's Q

I can't see Star Guardian Poppy's Hammer Shock (Q) in game.

I mean, I can see it in like a skin spotlight video or in a situation where there's nothing else to look at. But when she uses her W or when she casts it in the middle of minions or any other AOE? I don't have a chance in hell of tracking it.

I tried turning on color blind mode. It did nothing.

For reference? I'm not color blind.

Is anyone else having this problem? I can track her default skin's version of it VERY easily.
