Demote players who doesn't fit in the division they are in....

Is there any way to make Rito to demote noob players? They ruin a lot of games, and when you say that they play bad, you will get reported / banned for toxic.... They only care about flaming/negative attitude reports, why is there even an "unskilled player" report?! They never do anything with them...

you are clearly upset.

also they will get demoted or promoted to around the division they belong in.

For example your mentality is that of Cardboard 7 and if you are as out spoken to team mates about them being trash as this post seems to be suggesting then you will be chat restricted soon enough.
