Trolling is punished, right? NO!

Hi,

so there are always a lot of people telling us how trolling is not allowed, and you get punished for it by 14 day ban. Yesterday I played with a guy who as soon as joined the lobby said "dodge or lose", managed to pick Janna as adc (bottom role), bought boots at start (nothing else), started following toplaner and managed to die 10 times in 18 min game.

I would have guessed this is not so "hard to detect", it just turned out Rito literally gives no fck about the gameplay offenses and only cares about chat. If anyone wants to look it up, i was playing teemo (went 2-8, which i know is shit as well, but losing bot tower at the start is hard to play out)...

Anyway, this is how Rito cares about trolling. Lucky i didn't say anything because i would be banned xD

Today as I was driving to work I saw someone speeding. Now I've heard that speeding is against the law but I didn't see this person have a cop materialize out of nowhere and pull him over.

So I can safely conclude that speeding is not punished.

I can conclude, naming and shaming aside, that that guy is still not banned, because he is still playing. And no, chat restriction is not a fitting punishment here.
