It does 80+0.8 before magic resist at 1, which would typically be around 94, or around 70 after MR.

That is basically one auto attack.

I took the MR resolve rune on Twitch, and the graphics displayed 101 dmg even with drinking a pot I gues my problem is that LoL cannot display appropiate dmaage numbers for anything in the gam elol

You see damage from multiple sources stack as one number, most likely you got hit by minions, another spell, comet, whatever.

It was definitely just him... as minions had not spawned yet. and I flashed the comet (for panic reasons)

While i do think malzahars early poke is ridiculous, im sure his Q did not do 101 damage at level 1.

I found him in bushes... and it was just him, and all he was able to do was Q me before I ran out. I flashed comet because of panic and shit so the 3 people bheind me wouldn't get me as well.
