Two balance suggestions that I think would improve the game

First, Kalista Everyone knows she is cancerous to play against, because of her jumps, but what if instead, she gained stacks on her passive, at a certain amount of stacks, she gains a blink that will be used when a movement command is issued for her. This is both more thematic, and gives her more room more melees to actually do something to her. The blink would have to be longer in range.

Second, ADCs I hate their stupid damage output, and seeing as Riot does not want to remove crit, what if instead their overall slot efficiency was decreased. The main item that I am suggesting have its stats lowered is IE. Imagine if it had stats more like "45 AD 20% Crit Chance 2800 gp" and then its current passive. This would severely lower an ADCs late auto damage, while not actually impacting their builds cost efficiency.

What do you guys think about these changes and how they would benefit the game?

ADC hardly requires more skill than any other role. There is positioning, if you can position you're pretty much set, every other skill carries over across classes. ADCs would not be replaced, they would be balanced out. Crit is an incredibly toxic mechanic, and even then, this only effects an ADCs final build. However it also delays crit until later in the game. Both are good.
