fizz ekko and zed have MR per level. kassadin's passive is useless with this anti-mage garbo status if you don't give him MR per level. every melee mid laner has MR per level. except kassadin. why are you trying to be a snake oil sales man with that passive? its like the same thing with sion's passive. utter stupidity
BloodyTompon2 votesHis passive is garbo? That 15% reduction is not effected by penetration and is calculated before MR. That's better at most stages of the game. In particular it helps his early laning phase against mages

his flow shield is just garbage, I'd trade it for some scaling MR and higher base HP...
every mage that I face in mid lane does one thing when they come into lane, walk up to me in their AA range and do an auto and I no longer have a passive

Same reason Sion doesn't get extra health, shen has the lowest base stats of melees in the game, etc.
Wait for his inevitable rework when he becomes a legitimate anti-mage that isn't bullshit to everyone else at the same time.
Vakosh1 votesAs much as I would like something extra on Kassadin, scaling MR is the least. His passive gives 15% reduced magic damage and on top of that a scaling shield when ever he hits his Q.
