Im about to break one of my own rules.
I think it's practically a sin to suggest a change on a champion that you don't have enough experience playing to fully understand the champion,... but in this case...
.. trying to chase her down is practically impossible, even as a Warwick with water walking and bloodscent on her.
With the stupid amount of mobility in her kit, shouldn't she have like, 10 - 20 movement speed taken off of her base?

Because of people like you, champions get banned to the point they are not playable. Considering this, take into account that people will find new way to crush you scrubians a.k.a Viktor top / insert champion that some Korean / European guy will invent, so your salty tears wont stop dropping anyway.

Unvictus1 votesI think shaving off some of her movespeed is actually a really good call here. Everyone is memeing the -5 movespeed Irelia nerf, but for real, this would be a good idea for leblanc. Not only does she have a lot of mobility, but she's also ranged which is abnormal for an assassin. Usually hypermobile champs tend to be melee to balance that out, but I guess riot thinks it's ok for her to be the exception here. Maybe if they lowered her movespeed people could actually break the tether on her chain once it hits XD.

Leblanc should definitely get some MS shaved off to compensate for how mobile she is.

This guy knows. Hard CC and she is done. With all that burst and mobility comes a champ made of paper.
