I agree it's a strong item, but it compares well to item 3146 stats, if not, the item 3146 should be considered more OP. Really I think people are overthinking it just because it got buffed. Just have you or someone on your team build an item that applies grievous wounds and that can easily be a game changer.

was vs Kayn or Rhaast or whatever the new champion is and I was thinking about going Mortal Reminder as the last item but was contemplating building GA or Mallet (as kogmaw) for my own survivability. The dude has so many gap closes though ugh

plays AD assassin DD and assassin rework forced delays prevents me from even doing my own job of 100-0ing them ADC heals back all the damage while killing me in 2-3 autos
