or something like this. because right now drain is the most piece of shit useless spell in league. -most of the time you get nuked while not being able to heal -GW is comming in s6 -if you get cc'ed you will die every time -if you press W they will just run out and you will never be able to kill anyone

As a fiddle player, I asolutly agree. I think he should be about 100 MS slower while draining though, so he can't just build movespeed, spirit visage, and a wota.
