MS quints/ ap/mpen reds, mana regen yellows, ap blues. build path doran 2 health pot > 2nd doran + mana item of morello + pots > morello + sorc boots > echo > rab cap > another echo

i would've built a void staff if the enemies had more MR, but they hardly built any.

basically i stayed in lane as much as possible and just farmed up, i dodged everything i could, stayed super far back and just Q farmed for days. towards the end of the game i had 278 bonus ap at the 29min mark (about). (ended around 36mins) finished with 1200+ AP

veigar is now quasi decent if he builds multiple ludens echos so he can safely stay on the outside of the fight and just Q spam, and if applicable dive the ap carry with an ult and place rings defensively for your team. 480ms, no1 is diving and chasing you. veigar can now stay safe unless flanked.

i dont think so, but then again i wasn't doing enough damage to kill enemies with the proc and i was 1shotting things with meteor so i was forced to AA or Q, and with morellos finished i just Q'd the whole wave got 6ap, and stopped auto attacking altogether.

I tried it in a bot game and did multiple tests and much like nasus and unlike gangplank, no, it does not work.

viktor did his best to poke me and zone me, but i was tower hugging most of the game and i took advantage of his roaming and would push out Q farm then buy then back just as he was getting back so i wouldn't miss much cs.

Oh I'm sure. I'm not knocking you here, looks like you did great. But with Morgana, Vlad and Vik they were going to have a hard time getting to you. You made the most of it.
