Now that Akali has been out for a few days, which version does everyone like more in terms of gameplay? Do you guys prefer the newer CertainlyT version of Akali more or should riot revert it back to the old kit?

She has an actual skill floor now, along with a nice skill ceiling.
She can outplay/be out played, its not simply a stat check win where she can just jump on you repeatedly. She can snowball, and she can stick to you pretty easy, especially if ahead, but it still requires her to hit skill shots now.
She is a lot more fun, because of all the different ways you can potentially use her kit.
That is my opinion.
kda akali3 votesThe old version of Akali was the first champion I picked up, but she was really static and statchecky. Something I really like about new Akali is that "main" combos aren't really necessary. Her kit is kinda free flowing where you need to be imaginative to use it. You can use a bunch of different combos and have decent success with most of them. It's almost the opposite of old Akali where you would just use the same boring combo to stick onto someone and kill them. She's also not really high damage but she has utility and mobility to help herself get in and out of fight.
On the boards alot of people complain about high damage and I think she's a step back from that, her tradeoff for high burst is utility and mobility which is something an assassin should have.

New Akali is just so much better. Less point and click bullshit, more actual skillshots. Less "exist until 6 then win lane", and more "Actually start being relevant at level 2, and have a complete kit at 3". Less semi-dps-semi-burst draintank more assassin.
And, of course, I love seeing all the 
mains whine that their point and click bullshit lanebully can't hit her in her shroud. :D

Dr Dog1 votesmy only complaints for new are her ult having way to big of a recast gap and her w actually having a whopping 0 counterplay in lane, theres always a catch with t champs, an annoying bullshit catch
