Proposed Zoe Changes
Zoe is an Interesting champion... She has a cool kit in my opinion, but one thing I always hated about her is that she didn't really need to land her Q to poke you out of lane. She is able to auto attack you to death with her passive. My proposed changes are below after all this math proving my point to some degree. (By the way I'm not ranting, I barely see Zoe out there to be honest, I've just been thinking about her kit recently)
Here's some math for all you nerds out there: Level 1 Zoe: 8.5 Second on her Q No passive Cooldown, Damage is 12 Level 1. You can use your passive twice theoretically with one Q. She does 58 (Base AD) + 12 = 60 magic damage level 1. Not too terrible unless she manages to land her Q or get two passives off (you can proc her passive on each cast of Q if you didn't know)
Level 6 (Let's say she did Okay in lane and got a lost chapter): 7.5 Second Q 35 + ~88 AD + 13 (0.325 (scaling ratio) * 40 (Lost Chapter AP)) = 136 Raw Damage
She can potentially do 272 Damage in this scenario WITHOUT LANDING HER Q. Compare that to her Q in this situation which can do between 140 - 210 damage. Which is pretty close to her Q damage.

I think that it rewards being more skilled on the champion over auto attacking and being a nuisance.
- Remove the AOE on her Q
- Move her passive to her waveclear. After using an ability, your next auto attack does damage in an area to minions ONLY.
- Give her Q a higher damage scaling with distance at further distances. This way she gets compensation for losing the champion damage from autos, and gives enemies a chance to dodge her Q, as most Zoe's will try to do max range in order to get the most damage out of her kit.
