Off topic: Isn't like 50% of the playerbase silver and below, and like 75% of the playerbase Gold or below? I mean, balancing to only one skill tier is really dumb, and there are always going to be unbalances at all tiers; but they can't ignore people silver and below just because they're lower tier. They would literally be ignoring half their customers.

I mean, at the very least, if you ever want new players, their first experiences with the game can't be one where lots of heroes are horribly broken at their level. Also, don't bash on lower ranks, everyone starts out somewhere. Being bad at something is the first step to becoming sort of good at something.
