Is vladimir a counter to tank ekko?

I have my doubts. Though in my experience, Ekko is weak to poke. And Vlad has resourceless pole.

From experience, it's the same logic as Tank Akali. Weak to Ekko's high damage early, but once you get revolver + specters / Lvl 9, you can typically sustain through most of his damage in fights.

I dont know if vlad is strong enough early. if you can afford to w every time he goes in to apply his passive, it might work, but i am not sure.
Maokai does decently well against tank ekko. His w does percent health damage and lets you duck his q, possibly duck his stun if you time it perfectly, and prevents him from casting his e or ult. After you w to him, you can aa walk away, and if he tries to e to you, just q him and knock him back. All this being said, tank ekko is still op, and will probably be worse next patch.
