If a champion can easily play every single role in the game, there is an initial problem with them. His damage is borderline abuse. Hit kit is bullshit. His ability to go any ap or ad allows him to much room. His mushrooms can kill a full hp player because the poison is broken.

If youre asking for teemo buffs, I agree, youre bullshitting. Or never played toplane. Either is awful.
Actually I currently believe teemo is currently in a pre-rework yorick like state. He is definitely being iceboxed. He will get no nerfs of buffs because riot needs to actually think how to get rid of his kit and make him better.
