And it didn't do jack shit. He's still so oppressive only similarly broken champions can hope to match him.

It comes down to what you pick in champion select. If you didn't pick a champion that can either lock viktor down so that he can't outrun you OR match his 3 sec cd 500 HP shields that also let him run faster than a ghosting singed, you're going to lose your lane.

Lmao they nerfed his base damage this patch and replaced it with scaling bonus ap. So yknow he actually has to build more AP in his build to nearly do as much damage.
